All those of you who are a little useful with the willow or tossing about the leather round thing (or possibly people who just like to wear white…it’s very ‘in’ this season), there may be a couple more spaces for an upcoming game on April 21st, 2013.
Per Shane Duncan “We have just received an invitation from the Captain of Merion Cricket Club to play on the Great Lawn @ Merion on Sunday April 21st. This will be a fun social match to kick off the season and provide MCC some much needed game practice prior to the Philadelphia Cricket Festival (first weekend in May). As always, lunch will be provided on the terrace between innings.”
